Fiyat tarifelerine ayk\u0131r\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen i\u015fletmelere, ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda en a\u011f\u0131r idari yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygulanacak” dedi.<\/p>

Denetimler kapsam\u0131nda fiyat tarifelerine ayk\u0131r\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilen i\u015fletmelere, ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda en a\u011f\u0131r idari yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar uygulanacak; gerekli t\u00fcm hukuki ve idari s\u00fcre\u00e7ler kararl\u0131l\u0131kla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecektir.
